Look for the Readme.txt file in the Crack folder.
To change the Windows language in version 32.00, in the CMD window, enter the intl.cpl command, in the opened window, on the third tab, at the bottom of the window, select the English option through the drop-down menu. Then click on ok and restart Windows.
